ARMY

Sig Sauer Inc., Newington, New Hampshire, has been awarded a $157,300,000 fixed price contract to produce .300 Norma Magnum M1163 ball ammunition and M1162 .338 NM armour-piercing cartridges. Offers were solicited via the Internet and three were received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of June 7, 2027. U.S. Army Contracts Command, Newark, New Jersey is the contract activity (W15QKN-22- D-0019).

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, Garland, Texas, has been awarded a firm price contract of $133,169,307 for MK80 series general purpose tritone bomb components. Tenders were solicited via the Internet and one was received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of December 31, 2023. U.S. Army Contracts Command, Rock Island, Illinois is the contract activity (W52P1J-22- F-0208).

MARINE

The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is awarded a firm fixed price amendment of $39,680,239, cost plus fixed charges (P00001) to a previously awarded contract (N0001921C0001). This amendment exercises an option to purchase 63 Distributed Targeting Processors – Networked B-kits (DTP-N) (32 for the Navy and 31 for the Australian Government); and 56 DTP-N A1 kits (32 for the Navy and 24 for the Australian Government), as well as deliveries of DTP-N cybersecurity support data in support of DTP-N full-rate production to implement implements anti-surface warfare capability in F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft. Work will be performed in St Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed in September 2024. Aircraft Procurement Fund for fiscal year 2022 (Navy) in the amount of $20,738,550; and Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $18,941,689 will be committed at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

American Motorcycle Training Inc., The Villages, Florida, is awarded a one-time $8,201,817 Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, contract for commercial motorcycle safety training services in support of Corps Commander of the Marines, Security Division. This contract includes a five-year order period with a maximum value of $8,201,817. Work will be performed at various Marine Corps bases/installations and is expected to be completed by September 2027. Operations and Maintenance (Marine Corps) funds for fiscal year 2022 in the amount of $2,000 are committed on the initial mission order of the contract to finance the minimum guarantee and will expire at the end of the current financial year. This contract was put out to tender on the beta.sam.gov website, and three proposals were received. The Contracts Office of Marine Corps Installations Command, Arlington, Va., is contract activity (M95494-22-D-0015).

CORRECTION: June 1, 2022, announcement of an indefinite delivery/quantity contract for $15,071,469 to T&C Clearing and Railroad Repair Inc., New Bern, NC (N40085-22-D-0051), for regional maintenance and repair railroad track services at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina included the wrong completion date. The work should be completed in May 2027.

AVIATION

L-3 Communications Integrated Systems, Greenville, Texas, has been awarded an indefinite firm fixed price contract of up to $27,000,000 for the development, delivery and installation of an MC- 55A. The work will be performed in Greenville, Texas and is expected to be completed by December 31, 2023. This contract involves 100% Foreign Military Sales and is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Foreign military sales funds in the amount of $13,230,000 are committed at the time of award. The 645th Aeronautical Systems Group, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contractor activity (FA8620-22-F-4859).

Work Services Corp., Wichita Falls, Texas, has been awarded a firm price contract amendment of $21,378,391 (P00026) for previously awarded contract FA3020-18-C-0013 for food services. The amendment provides additional funding for Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 4001 for the fourth option period; and full funding of CLIN 4002 through 4007, CLIN 4010, and CLIN 4012 for the fourth option period. Work will be performed at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2023. Operating and maintenance funds for fiscal year 2022 in the amount of $16,082,217 are committed to the time of allocation. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $98,880,280. The 82nd Contracting Squadron, Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, is the contract activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Pomp’s Tire Service, New Berlin, Wisconsin, has been awarded a contract for up to $7,792,750 firm fixed price and indefinite delivery for wheel assemblies. This was a sole-source acquisition using 10 US Code 2304(c)(1) justification, as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year contract with no option period. The performance completion date is June 8, 2025. Military service usage is the military. Assignment type is Army Working Capital Fiscal Year 2022-2025. Subcontracted activity is Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Warren, Michigan (SPRDL1-22-D-0042) .
