Ronald Grate, 28, of Palm Bay, was arrested on August 12 and charged with knowingly suspicious driving (3rd or subsequent offense).

Nicholas Barnard, 33, of Indialantic, was arrested on August 13 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Thompson-Grin, 22, was arrested on August 13 and charged with criminal mischief of $ 200 and under and assault and battery by strangulation as domestic violence.

Kathryn Barrow, 50, of Melbourne, was arrested on August 14 and charged with trafficking fentanyl of 4 grams or more and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Delvalle, 24, of Palm Bay, was arrested on August 17 and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and forging / fabricating physical evidence.
