Baker Named Branch Manager at Launch Credit Union’s New Office

Stephanie Boulanger will be the new Branch Manager for Launch Credit Union’s new Titusville branch at 90 S. Singleton Ave.

Baker grew up in Titusville and graduated from Astronaut High School.

In September 2005, she joined the credit union – then known as Kennedy Space Center Federal Credit Union – as a cashier, and has since worked her way up to various management positions within the financial institution. .

Launch Credit Union is based on the Isle of Merritt and the Titusville branch is its 17th location.

The credit union has over 75,000 members in Brevard and Volusia counties. It has $1.1 billion in assets and 280 full-time employees.

Algeo joins Real Estate Lawyers PA

Lawyers Real Estate PA recently announced that the attorney Tom Algeo join the practice.

Algeo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the US Naval Academy and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law.

A former naval aviator, he took a sabbatical from practicing law in 2011 to become a senior pilot for the State Department Air Wing in Afghanistan. His team flew across the country in support of U.S. Embassy programs.

Algeo’s real estate experience includes foreclosure defense, all matters involving residential and commercial real estate, leasing, landlord-tenant, eminent domain, partition and quiet title actions.

He is the former head of Pasco County’s real estate division, where his duties included acquiring rights of way for county highways and buying and selling county real estate. One of his favorite projects was creating commercial condominium units within Raymond James Stadium for the Tampa Sports Authority.

Marketing firm AD Leaf will host a free “Lunch and Learn” event for businesses.
